- How much does UAE e-invoicing cost with Nazm?
- Plans run from AED 119 a month for 400 invoices a year up to AED 2,100 a month for 25,000. Each plan also carries a one time onboarding fee, from AED 199 to AED 6,900. All prices exclude VAT.
- Which plan should I be on?
- Count the invoices you sent in the last twelve months and pick the plan whose allowance covers it. The comparison table lists every allowance side by side. If you are between two plans, start on the lower one, because reaching an allowance moves you up a plan rather than triggering a charge per invoice.
- Is there a free trial?
- Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Pick the plan that fits before it ends. The trial covers the platform, so you can connect your accounting software and see your own invoices validated against the PINT-AE rules before you commit.
- What happens when I reach my invoice allowance?
- Plan allowances run for the year. When you reach your allowance, you move up to the next plan. There is no per invoice overage charge, so a busy month cannot turn into a surprise bill.
- Can I pay yearly instead of monthly?
- Yes. Monthly and yearly billing are both available, and the yearly figure is twelve times the monthly one, so paying up front costs you nothing extra either way. 60 days notice before any change to renewal pricing.
- What is the onboarding fee for?
- It is a one time setup fee, charged once at the start rather than every month. It covers connecting your accounting system and mapping your invoice data to PINT-AE, which is a bounded piece of work: you map once, and then every invoice after that just goes.
- How many companies does one plan cover?
- Every plan includes one legal entity, and Business includes 3. Extra companies and licences are AED 500 each, once, at setup, so a group can run several licences on one account.
- What if I send more than 25,000 invoices a year?
- Above 25,000 invoices a year, or AED 50 million in revenue: we price it individually. Talk to us with your volumes and we will put a number in front of you.
- Do I still need an accredited service provider?
- Yes, and the appointment stays yours to make: the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) requires the taxpayer to appoint an accredited service provider (ASP), and Nazm is not an ASP. What you skip is the research. We have already done that work and we work with a handful of accredited providers, so instead of going through the pre-approved list yourself, you tell us your volumes, your accounting software and how you invoice, and we guide you to the provider that fits and connect you to it. Accredited transmission is included in every plan price.
- Can I move to a different accredited provider later?
- Yes, and the migration is on us. We work with more than one accredited provider, so you are not locked to the one you start on. Moving means re-appointment paperwork and a Peppol participant migration, and we run both. Your accounting software, your field mappings and your invoice archive stay exactly where they are, because those live with Nazm rather than with the provider underneath.
- Do I have to change my accounting software?
- No. Nazm connects to Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Excel and CSV import, SFTP file drop, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Tally Prime, Odoo, Oracle NetSuite are coming next. You keep invoicing the way you do today, and the PINT-AE formatting and transmission happen in the background.
- Do the prices include VAT?
- No. All prices exclude VAT. VAT is added on your invoice at the prevailing UAE rate.
